The Community & Economic Development Clinic will provide students the opportunity to do transactional work on behalf of community groups, individuals, non-profit organizations and/or small businesses. This clinic will focus on the development of transaction-oriented lawyering skills, and hopes to provide students with business skills and/or a business law orientation an introduction to public-spirited legal work outside the litigation context. Fulfills the Clinic degree requirement.
