The Environmental Law Society at the UC Irvine School of Law is pleased to announce its first student-organized conference:
A3: A Conference on Climate Justice
A3 (Assemble. Advocate. Act.) examines the social injustices faced by vulnerable populations who are disproportionately affected by climate change. The event strategizes ways to address climate justice through law, policy, and coalition building. Panel topics include climate change migration and indigenous rights, a constitutional right to the environment, and climate change litigation. Click here for the conference schedule (PDF).
